Ordering
To order apparel, please download and print the order form and fill out the following information:
- Choose an item and note the MPM Item # and color desired. Colors vary depending on style.
- Choose a design for the back of your shirt. Pick from Design 1 (“The only breed is rescued”), Design 2 ( “Never walk alone”) or Blank (no design). Price is based on the size/style of the item, not the design that you choose.
- Note the size and quantity of shirts you would like. Prices vary depending on size and style.
- Choose if you would like your order shipped for a fee or if you would like to pick up at one of our events for free.
- Complete the customer information section. We will use this information to contact you about your order if needed. Missing information will delay your order.
- Mail in your form along with payment.
IMPORTANT: Orders are processed monthly with our printer to keep costs low. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your order. Thank you!
Shipping
Add $7.50 to your order total if ordering one item.
Add $10.50 to your order total if ordering 2 or more items.
Write “PU” on the form if you would like to pick up your order at one of our events. You will be contacted for details.
